How to reinstate a dossier backup

If you have backed up a dossier and something went wrong with the original dossier, follow these steps to load the backup

  • Navigate to the File tab in Caseware
  • In the 'New' menu enter the name of the dossier you have backed up and select 'Existing File...' and 'Create file'
  • Navigate to the  location where the backup is located,  select the backup file and click 'OK'
