If you have backed up a dossier and something went wrong with the original dossier, follow these steps to load the backup
- Navigate to the File tab in Caseware
- In the 'New' menu enter the name of the dossier you have backed up and select 'Existing File...' and 'Create file'
- Navigate to the location where the backup is located, select the backup file and click 'OK'
