      How do I Disable "Never open in Office" in Caseware Cloud?

      If you're unable to open Microsoft Files in Office after enabling the Never open in Office option, follow these steps to reverse this action.

      • Press F12 while you have Caseware open in your browser and navigate to the Application Tab
      • Expand Local Storage and select the Caseware Cloud URL
      • You will see a Key with value com.caseware.disableOffice with a value of true
      • Rightclicking on the  com.caseware.disableOffice key and deleting it will disable Never open in Office
