We advise to check whether any customization might be applied to a template as this can impact the content of any newly created engagement.
1. Open the menu by clicking on the icon in the top left corner
2. Scroll down to settings
NOTE: If you don’t see “settings”, then you will need to contact a colleague with admin rights for these steps
3. Navigate to the corresponding cloud product (Lux Audit, Lux Fintax, Smart Audit,…)
Select the cloud product and click on “Manage template”
4. There are 4 possible views that you can have:
a) When you have never done any custom template settings, in this case no actions are required.
b) If you have a customized template but haven’t saved all you latest changes.
You can either choose to Delete the Draft changes or to Publish
After the outstanding changes are deleted or published, you need to continue to step (c)
When ”Delete draft” is selected, you need to confirm the deletion of the outstanding changes.
The details of the changes are not available.
c) In case there is NO updated version of the default template, you will see the following screen and no additional actions need to be done.
d) In case there is an updated version of the default template, you will need to apply this latest update to your firm template.
Select “Update from x.xxx.x.x” to update to the latest version.
If the update was successful, you will see the following screen (A refresh is possibly needed).
